Balance Sheet

A balance sheet reflects an entity's financial position at a specific point in time. A balance sheet identifies both assets (that which is owned) and liabilities (that which is owed).

The difference between assets and liabilities is equity, or net worth. Ranch Vision produces a balance sheet including a detailed description of the assets and liabilities of the ranch business as of the inventory date.
